“As we enter our 30 year of supporting the health care needs of Medicare beneficiaries, we’ve seen the landscape of health insurance change dramatically and we’ve been here to ensure that our members continue to receive choice, comprehensive benefits, and high-quality, coordinated health care,” said Eric H. Schultz, President and CEO, Fallon Community Health Plan. “FCHP is a pioneer in the Medicare program, something of which we’re very proud.”

As the debate on health care reform continues in Washington, Schultz said the health plan is keeping a close eye on how reform may affect tens of thousands of Medicare Advantage enrollees right here in Central Massachusetts.

“We are active participants in the discussion surrounding health care reform, and most importantly, how this legislation may impact individuals who utilize Medicare coverage,” said Schultz. “At FCHP, we will continue to monitor this situation and act appropriately with our members—and our seniors—at top of mind.”
