NaviCare provides coordinated medical, prescription and support care for people who are 65 or older, live in the service area, and are enrolled in both Medicare and MassHealth Standard. If you have MassHealth Standard, but you do not have Medicare Part A and/or Medicare Part B, you may be eligible to enroll in our NaviCare SCO program.
