With Summit ElderCare, all recommended care and services are covered. No paperwork and no out-of-pocket expenses beyond the monthly premium.
Once an individual is enrolled in Summit ElderCare, there’s no claim forms to fill out and no out-of-pocket expenses or deductibles for covered services. Participants don’t require additional health insurance beyond their existing Medicare or Medicaid plans. This also means that you won’t pay extra for recommended hospitalizations, prescription drugs, home care, medical supplies and more*.
