Caregiver support
Being a caregiver is an important role. We want to help you get the resources and support you need.
At Summit ElderCare, we support you through:
- individualized consultation on your loved one’s care plans
- a dedicated team familiar with your and your loved one’s needs
- 24-hour telephone access for emergencies and unexpected situations
- caregiver support groups
Our staff works closely with you and your loved one to understand your needs. They are your first point of contact and their goal is to develop a good working relationship with you. This allows us to work closely with you to help keep your loved one at home as his or her needs change and evolve.
