Summit ElderCare appoints Bonnie L. Reynolds as Site Director

Bonnie L. ReynoldsWorcester, Mass., November 4, 2008―Summit ElderCare®, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), announces the appointment of Bonnie L. Reynolds, R.N., M.S., as the Site Director of a new Summit ElderCare location on Grafton St. in Worcester. In this position, Reynolds will oversee the daily operations at the site, while interacting with participants and caregivers, and also lead the Summit ElderCare interdisciplinary team in overseeing the management of each individual care plan for all participants to ensure the best possible care.

Reynolds has more than 25 years of nursing and extensive clinical management experience, and has cared for those needing inpatient and community-based care including home health, hospice and adult day health care. Most recently, Reynolds served as the Director of Patient and Provider Relations for Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice, an agency under the auspices of the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health. She was a past Director of Wachusett Home Health Agency, now UMass Memorial Home Health and Hospice.

A resident of Lunenburg, Mass., Reynolds graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Neumann College in Pennsylvania, and received a master’s degree in the administration of nursing services from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
