Dr. Jaravaza specializes in geriatric medicine and will provide comprehensive medical care, including chronic disease management, acute care and preventive care, to Summit ElderCare participants. A resident of Worcester, Mass., Dr. Jaravaza received her medical degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine in West Indies. Her writing has also been published in the American Journal for Hypertension.

Summit ElderCare is sponsored by Fallon Community Health Plan, and is one of six PACE programs in Massachusetts and more than 50 programs nationwide.
