Worcester, Mass., July 10, 2006—Fallon Community Health Plan, a nationally-recognized health care services organization, announced the appointment of Paula E. Chauvin, R.N., M.Ed., to enrollment manager for Summit ElderCaresm, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). In this position, Ms. Chauvin will be responsible for oversight and coordination of enrollment for Summit ElderCare, including regulatory compliance, prospect satisfaction and representation at external events.
Before joining FCHP, Ms. Chauvin worked as an assessment nurse for Tri-Valley Elder Services, Inc., and held positions in other nursing and business roles. She also was an instructor for the Certified Nursing Assistants program at Bay Path Vocational Technical High School.
A resident of Dudley, Mass., she holds a master's degree in business administration from Anna Maria College, a master's degree in education from Worcester State College, and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Fitchburg State College.
